Steve Milano, MSJ, CPRW, has been a COO, VP of marketing, executive director, management consultant, department head, conference planner, trade show manager, entrepreneur, author, lecturer and seminar and workshop leader.
He began screening executive search résumé submissions in 1986, wrote his first résumé “how-to” article in 1989 and has since written more than 900 career-related articles on cover letters, résumés, CVs, interviewing, career planning, networking, personal branding and negotiating.

Steve created the website Beat Your Peers to the C-Suite for younger and mid-career professionals, and wrote “Managing Corporate Fatigue” for executives with punishing workloads.
He is a Certified Professional Résumé Writer, passing the PARWCC exam (which has a 50% first-time applicant failure rate) on the first try.
Steve currently volunteers twice each month at the Roswell United Methodist Church’s Job Networking event, providing in-person, one-on-one resume reviews.
